Opening an account on Life Khela is free. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Your name, mobile number, and date of birth must be entered correctly. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• To change your mobile number, please contact our support team for assistance.

All financial transactions on Life Khela are fully secure and transparent. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Deposits must always be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• If money laundering or any other suspicious activity is detected, the account will be referred for investigation.

Life Khela regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly. Specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all accumulated bonuses being forfeited.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Life Khela reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must complete their first deposit and meet the specified betting requirement.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on Life Khela:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a cashout option is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Life Khela reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded. However, rules may differ under certain circumstances.
• Life Khela is not responsible for bets that fail during live betting due to network issues.
• Betting limits (minimum/maximum stake) may vary for each event.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

Life Khela's result system is the final authority on determining betting outcomes. If you dispute any result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Life Khela platform:

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of betting fraud.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using or attempting to hack into another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Life Khela may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or false information has been provided.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our Help Center. Any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.

Life Khela always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, we are not liable in the following situations:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet outage or server downtime.
• Due to issues with the user's own device or network.
• Due to delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• In cases of force majeure or natural disaster.

Life Khela's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

Life Khela may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with a revised date, and a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. It's a good habit to review the terms each time you log in.
